Haiku Friday – Ill & Rest

3 Apr

It’s funny that the prompt words for this week on RonovanWrites Weekly Haiku Prompt Challenge is Ill and Rest because I’m home in bed with the flu. I was going to pass on haiku friday this week, but I couldn’t, so this is what I came up with.

Hatred

by Vashti Quiroz-Vega

Ill will in their hearts

Rotting from the inside out

No rest for haters

Oh, by the way, I did go to watch Cinderella and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks for the recommendation! (And my Mom loved it too).

It is wonderful but it isn’t mine. I couldn’t find the source but the style is very similar to artist Melanie Delon. She’s the artist I would love to illustrate the cover of my Fantasy Angels Series––a girl can dream. 😉
