Haiku Friday-The Writer Next Door

Hi everyone! Happy Friday! Today’s prompt words are Class and Firm. They were provided by Ronovan Hester of Ronovan Writes.

Ronovan hosts a challenge that anyone could participate in called Ronovan Writes Weekly Haiku Poetry Prompt Challenge every Monday, and you have until Sunday to create a post featuring your haiku poem. He is an author and poet and also does author interviews and much more on his blog. Be sure to check it out. Read Ron’s Haiku Prompt Challenge Guidelines for more information.

Thank you David! I appreciate it, especially since I know you’re not fond of haiku poetry. HUGS&KISSES ❤

Great haiku and image, Vashti. I think it will make it. I have no knack for poetry but the words make me think of a gym class.:)

Ha, ha! It’s funny because when I first read the prompt words I thought of Pilates class. But I decided not to go with that, so I tried my hand at a nature haiku instead which I find very difficult. Thank you! 🙂 ❤

Wonderful image and poetic words for the fragility of life, yet the sun always promise eternal renewal. Lovely post, Vashti.

Thank you! Yes, the little bud will awaken in full bloom in Spring. It amazes me how something that looks so delicate can actually be so strong. ❤ xx
