Lovers they became

She kept her hunger at bay

He her sunny day

Cheered the dying of the light

She promised pleasure mixed with pain

    Ah, vampire love. Brings to mind a sort of reverse twilight, and also ‘kill it with fire!’ feeling. :p Good poem.
