Mighty hunter’s moon
Shall brighten cold winter’s gloom
Moonlight for the hunt

Prowling Diana
The reaper’s moon shines the way
And ends the story

Good morning Vashti! It’s been way too long :(. Miss you!
I find Haiku’s very interesting, but difficult to do, so I appreciate your’s so much.
A few months ago I completed an online writing class via Universal Class and writing Haiku’s was one of the assignments and I found it to be the hardest of all kinds of poetry. (btw, the instructor just dialed in the assignments and I really didn’t get much out of the class).
Hope you’re well!

Hi Doreen! I miss you too! I’m happy you enjoy my haiku poetry.
I think what makes them difficult to write is the fact that you have to express so much in just a few lines and on top of that you have to stick to the structure (5-7-5). I was intimidated by the process at first but now I have a lot of fun with it. I’m learning and getting a little better at it. I’m sure you’ll get the hang of it once you start to practice writing them.
I’m doing well. I hope you are too. have a great week! ❤ xx

Lovely work.
My husband was just telling me last night about the moon getting closer… he said it was going to be the closest its ever been soon, but I forgot the date. He telling me while I was watching my game, so I may have not have been paying 100% attention. WHOOPS!
